Built on land rich with nature and history, in a secure, gated domain, just a stone’s throw from the village of Ménerbes, Terre Aquila opens its doors to you at the place called Les Garrigues.
The complex includes 19 detached or semi-detached villas of 4 or 6 rooms (81 to 192 m2) in a vast natural park of 4,700 m2, set in the middle of an oak forest lined with restanques, the typical dry-stone walls of the region.

Aquila Fasciata
Symbol of a region
Terre Aquila owes its name to a majestic bird of prey from the Luberon, Bonelli’s Eagle (Aquila Fasciata). This rare species counts hardly thirty specimens in France. The bird of prey is characterised by its discrete, silent flight, making it particularly difficult to observe. What better symbol for an exceptional residence so well integrated into nature than this perfectly adapted bird ?
