Built on land rich with nature and history, in a secure, gated domain, just a stone’s throw from the village of Ménerbes, Terre Aquila opens its doors to you at the place called Les Garrigues.
The complex includes 19 detached or semi-detached villas of 4 or 6 rooms (81 to 192 m2) in a vast natural park of 4,700 m2, set in the middle of an oak forest lined with restanques, the typical dry-stone walls of the region.
Terre Aquila is an eco-designed complex with a resolutely contemporary architectural style for maximum comfort that harmoniously blends into the natural environment of the site for a life as close to nature as possible.
The complex sits in a vast 4.700 m2 natural park. This private park offers open space for walking, conviviality and sharing, where residents can come to relax, meet and exchange in common areas, share leisure activities (pétanque, table tennis) or simply recharge their batteries by contemplating the Mont Ventoux on the horizon.
Everything has been designed to enhance the beauty of the place, maintain the right balance of ecosystems and protect and preserve biodiversity in a sustainable way: bat nesting boxes, insect hotels, perfectly suited native plants requiring little water or maintenance.
Light pollution has been studied and reduced to avoid disturbing the natural environment. Water is managed ecologically thanks to a holding pond.
Terre Aquila owes its name to a majestic bird of prey from the Luberon, Bonelli’s Eagle (Aquila Fasciata). This rare species counts hardly thirty specimens in France. The bird of prey is characterised by its discrete, silent flight, making it particularly difficult to observe. What better symbol for an exceptional residence so well integrated into nature than this perfectly adapted bird ?
